L&D Connect is a space for L&D practitioners and others in organisational development to discuss the issues that matter most to them and their organisations.

Our first event is an unconference, a collaborative learning experience where participants set the agenda for discussions which then lead into free flowing discussion groups. That means no presentations or lectures and you won't be sold to.
There will be some loose facilitation to get things started but be prepared to input and make this event your very own. We will be immersing ourselves in our own development.
